We are happy to support the operation and maintenance of your Linux servers and virtual machines (VM) through our support services. For server support, we offer the following support packages, with prices scaling depending on the size of the environment and the scope of the respective services. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need individual assistance in choosing the right support package.

We offer our project customers special conditions for the packages, provided that the support package is concluded together with a consulting company.

General informations

1) Additional physical servers, VMs and services can be booked in addition to the BASIC, STANDARD, BUSINESS and PREMIUM packages. Please contact us and we will be happy to make an offer tailored to your exact requirements.

2) All prices and information are net prices, plus the applicable VAT. After a minimum term of 12 months, the contract is extended by a further 12 months if it is not canceled with 3 months' notice.
